Release 1.0 of Tachyon: The Fringe SpaceOrb Support

NOTE: You must have version 4.8 or 4.81 of the SpaceOrb 360
      software installed to run this patch.

Patch Instructions: 
	1. Download the file birds_tachyon_10.exe 
	2. Double click on birds_tachyon_10.exe to install the files.

Game setup instructions for Tachyon: The Fringe:
  1. From the Tachyon "Options" menu, choose "Game Controllers.
  2. Click on the icon under "Flight Control" to cycle through control options
        until you have selected the joystick icon and "Spacetec SpaceOrb 360
        appears underneath the icon.
  3. Click on the icon under "Rudder" so it lights up and "Enabled" appears
        underneath the icon.
  4. Click on the icon under "Throttle" so it lights up and "Enabled" appears
        underneath the icon.
Tachyon: The Fringe should now be configured for use with the SpaceOrb 360.

Known issues:

1. The throttle axis is absolute, not relative, and cannot be changed. 
   I find it's fine for single player, but you may not like it for
   multiplayer. If you don't like it, simply disable the throttle in
   the game.

2. In multiplayer only, there is an upgrade that allows you to strafe
   left and right. Unfortunately, strafing cannot be mapped to an axis.
   You will have to use the keyboard or two Rapid Action Buttons.
