Release 1.0 of Serious Sam Test 2 support. This will
install the file serioussam.scg to your SpaceOrb 360 software directory.

NOTE: You must have version 4.8 or 4.81 of the SpaceOrb 360
software installed to run this patch.

Patch Instructions: 
1. Download the file birds_serioussam_10.exe 
2. Double click on birds_serioussam_10.exe to install the files.

Game setup instructions for Serious Sam Test 2:
  1. Run Serious Sam and exit the game.  This will cause the necessary
      configuration files to be copied to the game's directory.
  2. From the "Options" menu, choose "Player & Controls".
  3.  Select your player profile and choose "Customize Controls".
  4. Choose "Load Predefined Settings".
  5. Choose "Spacetec SpaceOrb 360" from the list of predefined controls.
  6. Use the Esc key to return to the main menu and play the game.
Serious Sam should now be configured for use with the SpaceOrb 360.

Known Issues:  Although the game supports all 6 axes, I've disabled
  the "banking" axis via the in-game banking dead-zone.  Banking
  does actually work, but when enabled, it becomes difficult to
  keep the player standing up straight.
