Release 1.0 of Duke Nukem Manhattan Project support

NOTE: You must have version 4.8 or 4.81 of the SpaceOrb 360
      software installed to run this patch.

Patch Instructions: 
	1. Download the file birds_dukenukem_10.exe 
	2. Double click on birds_dukenukem_10.exe to install the files.

Game setup instructions for Duke Nukem Manhattan Project:
  Duke MP requires special configuration files in order for the SpaceOrb
  360 to function properly in the game. Duke MP needs to be run once,
  then exited. This process will detect the game (when run) and copy special
  configuration files to the game's directory (when exited).  From then on, the
  game will be properly configured for use with the SpaceOrb 360.
