ORBDOOM2.BAT







This directory contains a self-extracting ZIP archive file which itself



contains the file ORBDOOM2.BAT. You can use ORBDOOM2.BAT to launch Doom 2



with the SpaceOrb drivers and any Doom 2 command line options that you



wish to enable.







Installation and Use



------------------------------------------------------------------------



Download DOOM2BAT.EXE to your \DOOM2 directory. Run the executable file



to extract the batch file. In the \SPCWARE\SPACEORB\GAMES directory edit



the file DOOM2.BAT and add %1 %2 %3 to the following line so it looks



like this:







C:\SPCWARE\SPACEORB\GAMES\spwdoom2.exe -exe doom2.exe %1 %2 %3 -dir C:\DOOM2







Do not make any other changes to the line. It should be one single line.







Save the changes. To use the batch file, just type ORBDOOM2 in your \DOOM2



directory with your desired command line arguments. To use bots, for example,



just type:







orbdoom2 -wad deathrow 







and DOOM II will run with the wad file in use.
