Release 2.0 of Descent 3 Demo 2 support. This will install the

file d3demo.scg to your SpaceOrb 360 software directory.



NOTE: You must have version 4.8 or 4.81 of the SpaceOrb 360

      software installed to run this patch.



Patch Instructions:

 1. Download the file spo_d3demo_20.exe

 2. Double click on spo_d3demo_20.exe to install the files.



NOTE: This configuration will only work with Descent 3 Demo 2, NOT Demo 1.



Game setup instructions for Descent 3 Demo 2:

  1. Run Descent 3 Demo 2 and exit the game.  This will cause the necessary

      configuration files to be copied to the game's directory.

  2. In the Descent 3 Launcher, click on "Setup"

  3. In the Misc tab, type the following into the Optional D3 Command Line:

           -emulatejoy

  4. Click on "OK" then click on "Play"

  5. On the "Choose Pilot" screen, select either "Add" or "Configure".

        If you are adding a pilot, copy the preset controls for the SpaceOrb 360

        If you are configuring a pilot, select "Copy Controls"

  6. It is suggested that you turn off Auto-Leveling from the "General Settings"

      screen, accessible from the "Options" menu.

Descent 3 Demo 2 should now be configured for use with the SpaceOrb 360.
