Bug fixes One major bug and a few minor bugs were fixed. Many game support issues have also been resolved. If you were having problems with SpaceOrb support in a particular game, try the game again with this version; this may correct the situation. ____________________________________________________________________ 4. Special Game Support Instructions For some Windows 95 games, it is necessary to run the game once and exit for the SpaceOrb 360 Monitor to properly detect and add support for that game. After this step has been completed, the SpaceOrb 360 will be configured to run properly. ____________________________________________________________________ 5. SpaceOrb 360 Calibration Note Since the SpaceOrb 360 is a digital device, it does not require calibration in the Windows 95 Joystick Control Panel. Therefore, DO NOT use the 'Calibrate' button when running the Joystick Control Panel. If you experience drift with your SpaceOrb 360 (movement onscreen without touching the PowerSensor ball), then remove your hand from the PowerSensor, and press the Reset button, found on the back of the SpaceOrb unit. NOTE : If you do use the 'Calibrate' button in the Joystick Control Panel, the SpaceOrb 360 may begin to drift. To address this, you must re-initialize the SpaceOrb 360 by deselecting it as the active joystick by choosing 'None', and then reselecting the SpaceOrb 360. ____________________________________________________________________ 6. Customizer Note When running the Customizer (Start>Programs>SpaceOrb 360>Customizer) the 'Apply Button' is disabled/greyed out when a DOS game is selected. This is a limitation of DOS. ____________________________________________________________________ 7. Quake Message 'AUX7 Unbound...' When running Quake with the SpaceOrb 360, you may see the message 'AUX7 Unbound...'. AUX7 is mapped to a Pull Up motion on the Spaceball PowerSensor. Please follow the directions below to either remove this message, or to configure Pull Up(AUX7) to be Jump/Swim Up. To remove this message : 1. Enter the Quake Console by hitting the '~' key. 2. In the Console type : UNBIND AUX7 3. Pulling up on the ball now will no longer display this message. To Configure Pull Up (AUX7) to be Jump/Swim Up : 1.
