Release 1.0 of Unreal Tournament 2004 SpaceOrb Support

NOTE: You must have version 5.0 of the SpaceOrb 360
      software installed to run this patch.

Patch Instructions: 
	1. Download the file birds_ut2004_10.exe 
	2. Double click on birds_ut2004_10.exe to install the files.

Unreal Tournament 2004 setup instructions:
  UT2004 requires special configuration files in order for the SpaceOrb 360 to
  function properly in the game. UT2004 needs to be run once, then exited. This
  process will detect the game (when run) and copy special configuration files
  to the game's directory (when exited).  From then on, the game will be properly
  configured for use with the SpaceOrb 360.
