Release 1.0 of Halo SpaceOrb Support

NOTE: You must have version 5.0 of the SpaceOrb 360
      software installed to run this patch.

Patch Instructions: 
	1. Download the file birds_halo_10.exe 
	2. Double click on birds_halo_10.exe to install the files.

Halo setup instructions:
  SpaceOrb setup for Halo is not entirely automated.  You need to configure your
  Profile within Halo to use the Orb correctly.  Start Halo and choose  your player
  profile from the PROFILE menu.  Next, go to the GAMEPADS menu and be sure
  the Spacetec SpaceOrb 360 is in your 'Devices in Profile' list.  Return to
  the CONTROLS SETUP menu and use the arrows to choose the Orb from
  the 'Devices' list.  Bind the movements and actions to the Orb as you prefer.
  Please note that the Jump and Crouch actions can be bound to the Orb ball.  Be
  sure to click the 'Advanced' button and set the Horizontal and Vertical
  sensitivities to 9 before finishing the controls setup.  Please note that you
  must have the Orb set as the selected device to be able to access the Advanced
  controller setup button.  The Orb should now be ready for use in Halo.
